1.    Goal and Responsibilities
The agreement between Amy Kovacs (Mentor) and Purchaser (Client) is designed to provide focused help for the client to scale and grow their business.

a. Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Mentor is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Mentor. Client understands mentorship is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
If the Client is under the care of another counselor, therapist, psychologist, psychotherapist or mental health professional, please let the Mentor know the nature of the work being done. It would also be advised that the Client lets this mental health care provider understand the nature and extent of the mentorship program agreed upon by the Client and Mentor.
b.  The Client acknowledges that mentorship is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate mentorship principles into those areas, and implementing choices is exclusively the Client's responsibility.

c. Client understands that mentorship is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Mentor recommends that Client shall inform the mental health care provider.

d. Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

2.    Services

This agreement, between Amy Kovacs and the above-named client, will begin on date purchased and will continue for three months from date of agreement. Following the initial three month period, the relationship will continue month to month, or until terminated by Client or Mentor.
Mentorship sessions are conducted virtually or in person, based upon what works best for both parties. Mentor may record sessions for review after the session and will keep them confidential. Mentor will be available to Client by email and phone in between scheduled meetings with boundaries as defined by the Mentor.

3.    Schedule and Fees

Client agrees to pay Inspired Amy Kovacs the price outlined in the offer for the initial three months. Following the initial three month term, the recurring fee is subject to change.

Monthly calls/meetings shall be approximately 60 minutes in length. If rates change before this agreement has been signed and dated, the prevailing rates will apply. The time of the coaching meetings and/or location will be determined by Mentor and Client based on a mutually agreed upon time. The Mentor will initiate all scheduled calls. Calls that are more than 10 minutes late will be considered missed/canceled and will be considered canceled.
